Celebrate Cinco De Mayo a Day Early! Lunch for this week is going to be GREAT! Our smoked beef rib is slow-cooked to perfection for 7 hours with Oak Wood and served in a hot Flour tortilla with Mexican queso, fresh pico de gallo, and garnished with fresh cilantro. KAU YUK W/MUI CHOY

Aloha everyone!!! This version of KAU YUK is the traditional Hakka family-style meal. It is melt in your mouth excellent, and its delicate gelatinous texture takes hours to achieve. The flavor profile is light and slightly sweet soy sauce flavor, with notes of garlic, ginger, and green onions. It is slow-braised with tradi- tionally preserved mustard greens and served on a bed of steaming hot rice (Gotta have rice with this dish!), and a side of braised farm-fresh bak choy.
