This salad has a medley of Asian vegetables - bak choy, napa cabbage, red onions, carrots, watercress, celery, cilantro, green onions, bean sprouts, and topped with fried wonton strips. The salad is accompanied by a ginger soy sauce vinaigrette. Super fresh, super ono.
