Award Winning Sriracha BBQ Chicken

Our BBQ chicken is a definite hit with the crowd. We use "Grade A" chicken thighs (deboned) and our very own BBQ dry rub. We then slow-smoke the chicken with quality hardwood and finish it on the grill with our very own Sriracha BBQ sauce. The result is a BBQ chicken that is juicy, slightly smoky, and very tender. If you want a change from the teriyaki variety, this should be your go-to bird.
