Our Roast duck is slightly smoked with fruitwood and slow-roasted to a succulent and juicy finish. Each duck is accompanied by a side of plum sauce. Additional sauce is available upon request. Pre-orders are required 4 days in advance. Due to the Increased cost of ducks, we will only make this item on special order. (Earliest pick-up is 11 am)
