👋🏼 Ni Hao, We are making one of our favorite dishes for our Saturday special! Hong Kong-style 🐮Beef Brisket Curry. This dish is slightly 🌶 and very beefy. We use USDA Prime beef brisket that is slow braised in aromatic herbs and spices until it is super tender and melts in your mouth soft, served with hot Jasmine rice. YUMMO!😋
